Breaking news: Olivia now has enough hair for some sweet bed head!
Since the kid was fairly bald as a newborn, I consider this to be a major milestone.
And now onto other matters...
Against my better judgement.
And because I was extremely sleep deprived and have a child who really doesn't like to bed fed by others.
I let Olivia attempt to feed herself her breakfast this morning.
It wasn't pretty. I think that the spoon is a skill that's going to take a long time to master!
She finally gave up on the spoon altogether and resorted to using her fingers. Good call, O!
The aftermath. Followed directly by a trip to the bathtub for a good soakin'.
We followed up this experience with our own usual messy Sunday breakfast: pancakes!

As for the rest of the weekend, on Saturday we hosted a happy hour with the families from my mom's group. Here's me & my girl getting ready for the festivities.
It's always fun to get the babies together & torture them with a photo session on the couch.
